Hi, Carol!

Off the top of my head, I can think of four ways an incoming article can
go to your Complete Folder:

1) From the Review Document screen, someone clicks the
"Convert" button. The article is converted from a TIF to
a PDF and placed in the Complete folder.
2) From the Review Document screen, someone clicks the
"Move" button. The article is kept as a TIF and moved to
the Complete folder.
3) From the Maintenance dropdown menu on the main screen, the
"Default Action" is set to "Automatic Convert to PDF"
so that all incoming articles are automatically converted to PDF and
routed to the Complete folder.
4) In your Odyssey Address Book entry for a particular institution,
the "Override Default" dropdown menu has been changed to
"Automatic Convert to PDF" so that articles from only that
specific lending library are automatically converted to PDF and routed to
the Complete folder.

If you've ruled out 1, 2, and 3 above, try checking your Odyssey Address
Book entry for that library and see if the "Override Default"
has been changed for them.

Hope that helps!
I’m trying to use Odyssey Standalone more since some of our lenders have
switched to Odyssey only (no Ariel). How do you recognize that
Odyssey Standalone has received an article? I click the Refresh
button every day. I just found an article in the Complete folder of
Odyssey (on the C drive) that came in yesterday, probably after I left
for the day (along with 2 other articles from January that I never
“received”). The main page/awaiting review page of Odyssey
Standalone never showed any articles received, (or any other
tab/page).
