[Odyssey-L] ? about set up

Hi,
Our college has just downloaded Odyssey and our scanner is set up...What my question is? Who do I notify that we are ready to receive requests? When I look on oclc I see those requests have a 10 digit number that you would input into the information side ...is that automatically assigned...We are also in the Aleph consortium and know others use Odyssey as well.
Also, our tech people said we might need to adjust the resolution so it's a readable size when you send an article. If this information is explained somewhere and I have missed that please inform me..
