[Odyssey-L] Access violation errors

Does anyone know why I'm getting this error while using Odyssey:

"Access violation at address ### in module 'ILLiadClient.exe' Read of address ###"

It occurs when we're in Lending --> Awaiting Odyssey Scanning after we've scanned an entire document and clicked the "deliver" button.  It's very annoying because it tends to freeze up our machine AND we lose most of our scanned document & have to rescan.

Any advice welcome.
